The Berkeley Business Law Journal is one of the top business journals in the nation. The yearly journal is edited and published by the students at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.

The journal focuses on scholarship that affects business and business law. Relevant subject areas include, but are not limited to, the law of contracts, banking, insurance, antitrust, corporate governance, international trade, and administrative regulations and regimes. Authors with works presenting novel theories or viewpoints are highly encouraged to apply for publication.
